Hematologist Oncologist - west PA

Seeking BE/BC Hematology Oncologist to join teams in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The area provides countless outdoor recreational activities while offering a low cost of living. System is a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 8 hospitals that cover 39 counties in PA. Location #1:

• Collaborative team that includes 4 hematology/oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
• Split time between new-site location and Cancer Center
• Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, and blood cancers
• Support staff includes onsite RN supervisor and oncology certified or eligible RNs
• Shared call coverage with physician group

• $890,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years (WRVU tier plan after year two)
• $100,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
• $75,000 educational assistance, provided over a five-year term
• 10k relocation
• 3.5k + 40 hours annually for CME
• 25 days PTO
