IU Health Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician to join our highly respected Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice in Bloomington, Indiana.

This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a 100% Sports Medicine practice with an established referral base, immediate patient volume, strong physician leadership, and direct collaboration with orthopedic surgeons in one of Indiana's premier sports medicine programs. You'll focus exclusively on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, and active patients of all ages while working alongside a high-volume orthopedic team.

Position Details
Full-time, employed position
100% outpatient, Sports Medicine, no traditional primary care panel
No inpatient responsibilities
Collegial physician-led culture

14 advanced practice providers

Providers have access to the tools needed to practice comprehensive sports medicine, including:

Musculoskeletal ultrasound
Ultrasound-guided procedures
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapies
On-site imaging
Physical therapy partnerships
Comprehensive orthopedic specialist support

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Fellowship training in Sports Medicine required
New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
