• PRN - as needed basis. Shifts TBD.
  • Half day is 4 hours or less.
  • Full day is 4-8 hours.

We are seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis. The need is ongoing, and we require candidates who are Board Certified in any of the following specialties:
Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R.

• Conduct interview-based exams with some physical assessment.
• Evaluate range of motion, muscle strength, and traumatic brain injury.
• Perform a mix of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury assessments.
• No prescribing or treatment required.
• Utilize Goniometer and other necessary equipment.
• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Proficiency in METs testing and neurological evaluations required.
• Document all assessments accurately in the provider portal.
• Complete Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires within 48 hours.
• Ensure timely submission of standardized forms.

• Training provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires.
• Provider needed for more than 5 exams.
• Certification Requirements:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible.
