Salary: $149,765 to $157,118 (pending experience) + 12.75% superannuation

to join the leadership team at St Patrick's College, Mackay

This full-time position, commencing January 2027, offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the spiritual and educational life of the school community.

The Assistant Principal:
Students
provides leadership to develop and maintain physical and human resources to deliver effective education programs within the college according to Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton (CEDR) policies and practices. The role acts under the direction of the Principal as a member of the College Leadership Team and supports the College Mission.

We are seeking a faith-inspired professional educator with vision, energy and a demonstrated commitment to the welfare of students.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration
