Teacher (All Experience Levels) – New Bronx K-12 Campus (School Year 2025-26)

Success Academy is opening a brand‑new 300,000 sq ft Bronx K‑12 campus. We invite teachers at all experience levels to join our high‑performing charter network.

• Lesson Planning and Instruction
  :
  Study and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards; employ a variety of instructional strategies and technologies; manage a classroom of 20+ scholars.
• Assessment and Evaluation
  :
  Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback and support; maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Classroom Management
  :
  Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Communication and Collaboration
  :
  Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians about academic progress and behavioral issues; collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.

• Bachelor’s degree (background in education not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in New York City; relocation stipend of $2,500 may be provided.
• Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

• $65,000 annually.
