• Monitor real‑time energy markets to identify opportunities to buy, sell, or balance power.
• Support hourly trading activities, including transaction execution and system balancing.
• Analyze market conditions such as price, load forecasts, and transmission constraints.
• Coordinate with system operators to ensure reliable and efficient generation dispatch.
• Assist with scheduling transactions, securing transmission, and maintaining accurate records.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external market participants.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related field; equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions using data in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a real‑time operational setting.
