Responsibilities- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion, including client and internal meetings, site coordination, and active presence throughout execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, clearly defining responsibilities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Supervise and execute site activities in accordance with commissioning plans and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with clients, trades, and stakeholders to negotiate schedules, address concerns, and drive project progress through respectful and effective communication.
- Prioritize and organize tasks efficiently, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or issues before they impact the schedule.
- Generate and review daily and weekly reports to communicate on‑site activities and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify out‑of‑scope work, prepare estimates, and assist in change order and claims processing to support project controls.
- Coordinate and manage construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring resource availability, tracking headcount, and optimizing productivity.
- Maintain compliance with all project requirements, codes, and construction standards across on‑site and off‑site activities.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members, supervisors, and leadership to resolve issues, coach team performance, and support a productive work environment.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks while maintaining adaptability to handle emerging challenges.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all project personnel, including engineers, construction teams, and management.
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma with equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Site Management or Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams, including sub‑contractors, field services, engineering, operations, and logistics.
- Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer.
- 100% Travel to customer construction site.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need for company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
- A commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi‑level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external customers.
Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The pay range for this position is $82,320 - $141,120 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
