As a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in starting up, developing, and optimizing photolithography processes to improve product quality, yield, and productivity across our semiconductor production lines.

• Start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes to improve product quality and process yield.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management initiatives.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues.
• Use project management skills to meet milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Lead improvements across all SPC (statistical process control) charts for owned processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing line problems and implement effective solutions.

• 2 years of industry experience as a Process Owner in photolithography.
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (or equivalent military experience or AAS with 5 years of industry experience).
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data science and programming.
