As an Electro‑mechanical Quality Test Technician, you will be responsible for the final testing and inspection of Industrial Control Panels (ICPs) that power automation and control systems for electrical substations.

• Perform final electro‑mechanical inspections, ensuring panels meet company quality standards.
• Conduct nondestructive tests according to specifications and drawings, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and quality reports while collaborating with Engineering and technician teams.
• Serve as Manufacturing Technical Representative (MTR) for UL508 compliance (UL certification training provided).
• Follow all Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

• Associate degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must be able to lift parts or sub‑assemblies that weigh up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Residential or commercial electrical education or certifications.
• 1+ years of experience in testing, inspecting, and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Ability to conduct thorough final inspections on all electrical equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Experience with various test equipment, including Hi‑pot testing.
• Proficiency in reading schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists for circuit troubleshooting.
