Micron is seeking a Photolithography Engineer to join our R&D/Technology Development group in Idaho. You will develop memory-device lithography processes, work with partners and vendors to implement unit processes, and drive improvements for manufacturability and cycle time.
You will perform material evaluations, OPC development, and process window analysis while ensuring successful technology transfers to Micron’s global manufacturing network.
