What will you do in this role?

As a USA Energy Proposal Coordinator
, you will join the Proposals & Contracting Department and report directly to the Proposals & Contracting Director
.

Your mission will be to prepare and coordinate the integration of technical and commercial proposals for renewable energy projects in the United States, in accordance with client requirements, applicable regulations, internal procedures, and the company's contracting objectives, ensuring that proposals are accurately prepared and submitted, remain competitive and profitable, and comply with the technical, regulatory, and financial requirements of both the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring the integration of technical, financial, and commercial aspects to develop competitive proposals that meet client requirements and applicable regulations, maximizing the company's success in competitive bidding processes.
  • Work closely with the Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Contract Management, Finance, and People teams to optimize proposal development and contracting processes by aligning technical and commercial perspectives and delivering consistent, profitable value propositions.
  • Contribute to achieving the company's annual contracting objectives established by the Board of Directors.
  • Participate, together with Senior Management and the Proposals & Contracting team, in negotiating terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements, ensure compliance with project schedules, and meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate, assign, and organize the team's activities to ensure the department operates efficiently and productively.
What are we looking for? Requirements
  • Essential knowledge of the U.S. renewable energy market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or another related engineering discipline.
  • A postgraduate qualification or Master's degree in Renewable Energy is a plus.
  • Previous experience preparing and coordinating proposals for utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects.
  • At least five years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams.
  • Technical and financial knowledge of the main equipment used in solar photovoltaic power plants.
  • Knowledge of solar photovoltaic plant design, sizing, and construction.
  • Knowledge of market pricing and project schedules.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
