Duties & Responsibilities- Book trail rides and efficiently process payments
- Play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the summer season
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office and patio area
- Experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in all computer-based operations, functions and programs, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applications
- Ability to answer phones and accurately record information
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills to collaborate with wranglers
- Punctual and reliable
- Work for the entirety of the season from mid-May to Labor Day
