Job Summary
Working under the supervision of the FP&A Supervisor, the Senior FP&A Analyst will lead the financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting functions across the organization. The role ensures the financial health of the organization, provides senior leadership with actionable insights, and enables data‑driven decision‑making.

- Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience:
5+ years in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Preferred experience in the non‑profit sector. - Proficient with complex financial structures including grants, donations, and multi‑source funding.
- Expertise in building and maintaining financial models, performing advanced variance analysis, and creating forecasts and budgets.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, including board‑level presentations and executive summaries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and accounting software (Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of non‑profit accounting standards, including NFP GAAP, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex financial data for non‑financial stakeholders.
Hybrid, Full-time (typically M-F, regular business hours). Office environment with ambient temperature and noise level, indoors. Location covers Northern Los Angeles County, Antelope Valley, San Bernardino County, and Victorville (total geographic area of 22,500 square miles).
Background & Health Clearance Requirements- Background check required (criminal history, employment history, education, reference checks).

- Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting for positions working directly with the public.
- Health Clearance for positions working directly with the public or “at risk” populations.
- MVR / DMV clearance for positions that require driving.
- Child Development Permit for educational capacity positions.
- CPR / Pediatric CPR certification for certain identified positions.
- Federal Debarment Checks for positions acting in a principal capacity to federal funds.
- Credit & Bankruptcy Check for roles with fiscal responsibility.
- Expected semimonthly salary: $3,669.33.
