Teller I - Floating

We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Floating Teller! The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. The Floating Teller assists multiple branches on an as‑needed basis.

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays
• Working knowledge of computers and ten‑key data entry skills required
• Ability to adjust to different work environments and team members on a daily basis

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.
