About Nez Perce Tribe Water Resources DivisionThe Nez Perce Tribe Water Resources Division is seeking a dedicated and experienced Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Coordinator to join our team in Lapwai, Idaho. As a leader in environmental stewardship and community-driven sustainability, the Nez Perce Tribe is committed to protecting natural resources and advancing innovative solutions for a healthier future. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact by managing projects funded through the EPA Climate Pollution Reduction Grant.
In this role, you will oversee a variety of initiatives, including residential energy improvements, housing upgrades, renewable energy projects, battery storage, electric vehicle infrastructure, fleet transition, wood stove replacement, and afforestation activities. Your responsibilities will include project planning and implementation, budget tracking, grant administration, procurement and contract coordination, reporting, compliance, and partner coordination.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred), at least five years of professional experience (or three with a master’s), and two years of supervisory or leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about environmental sustainability and community engagement.
