The Staff Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services, including patient evaluation (infant/child/adolescent/adult, older adult), development and administration of an intervention plan, documentation and communication with physicians and other referral sources, and clinical guidance to non-professional personnel.

• Performs evaluations and interventions for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, documenting significant findings, goals, plan of care, and discharge planning for various patient settings.
• Communicates with referral sources as necessary.
• Provides intervention in accordance with standards of practice.
• Completes paperwork accurately and promptly, including medical records and charges.
• Provides, recommends, fabricates adaptive devices or equipment, and trains patients and families in their use.
• Attends in-service and facility meetings as required.
• Potentially provides occupational health contracts for local employers.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for OTR.
• State registration to practice occupational therapy in Idaho.
• Clear background check for Idaho.

Experience in multiple treatment settings is preferred.
