Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager Position is Currently: OPEN

Job Description: Looking to hire a Bachelors level professional to
provide Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS), Targeted Care
Coordination, (TCC) and Case Management services to children,
adolescents, and adults who struggle with mental health concerns. We are
looking to hire in our Soda Springs and Pocatello offices. CBRS is an
in-home and community based service where staff work one-on-one with
consumers to teach them life skills and assist them in working towards
recovery and resiliency in their own environment. Case Management
Services assist and link consumers to access services and needs in their
community. Hours are flexible as staff have the ability to set their own
schedules. Some of the hours with children are provided in the evenings
and sometimes on weekends as needed by the consumers. This position will
be part-time to start with the potential to move full time when
availability allows.

Position Requirements: Applicant must have completed a bachelor's degree
in the behavioral sciences, education, or related field. Social Workers
must be licensed in the State of Idaho. Hired employees must be able to
pass a criminal history background check. Due to COVID-19 the required
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) certification is suspended.
After the pandemic, those who provide CBRS services must be certified by
the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association or start to work toward
either a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) or a
Child & Family Resiliency Practitioner (CFRP) Following COVID-19, the
certification must be accomplished within 30 months of the employees

Salary and Benefits:Pay range: $16.00 - $19.00. Position is flexible and new staff training is available before work begins with clients. Position is part-time to start andcould work into full time. Benefits available for full-time staff including medical, dental, & optical Insurance, paid holidays, paid personal leave, reimbursement for miles, and cell phone.
