Pharmacist – St. Mary's Health & Clearwater Valley Health.

This is a joint position responsible for development and maintenance of department operational activities to assure quality clinical services.

• Directly supervises and manages the performance of assigned personnel, conducting quarterly check-ins and annual evaluations.
• Coordinates with other health care disciplines to identify and address drug therapy needs.
• Participates in overall department strategic planning and budget management.
• Manages professional and staff development and competencies for assigned personnel.
• Oversees the distributive operations of retail pharmacy in absence of manager.
• Fulfills the role of Pharmacist in Charge.
• Serves as business partner liaison for department.
• Responsible for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Follows hospital exposure control plans/blood borne and airborne pathogens.
