• Lead and supervise the outpatient and inpatient therapy services department, including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, and clerical staff.
• Perform staff Physical Therapist duties to meet patient care needs of the department.
• Participate in weekend call schedule.
• Manage operational functions of the Therapy Services department at Kooskia Clinic: recruitment, training, orientation, performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and that department supplies and equipment are ordered and in good repair.
• Participate in facility-wide Performance Improvement (PI) program: develop and review internal quality monitors, track and report quarterly PI findings, report patient quality issues, facilitate ongoing staff education on PI role.
• Attend manager and other required meetings to represent department interests.
• Report non-clinical departmental operations to the Director of Clinic Operations and clinical issues to the Chief Medical Officer.
• Assist with Physical Therapist annual reviews with the CMO.
• Access and handle highly confidential information.
• Perform other relevant duties as requested.

• Graduate of a master's or higher degree program in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in the State of Idaho.
• Minimum of three years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, use good judgment in the delivery of patient care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, care team members, and providers.

Sign‑on bonus of $7500.
