LPN Or CMA Float Pool Team Member

What You Can Expect

As a LPN or CMA Float Pool team member e's, you will play a key role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple clinics in Ketchum and Hailey. In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct clinical support and patient education in collaboration with providers and care teams
  • Float between multiple clinic locations in the Wood River Valley based on operational needs
  • Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures
  • Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection
  • Utilize laboratory skills as needed to support clinic operations

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Current national CMA certification required (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

OR

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license (or compact eligibility)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications (Both Roles)

  • Previous ambulatory or clinic experience
  • Laboratory experience preferred, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows
