LPN or CMA Internal Medicine

What You Can Expect

As a CMA or LPN e's, you will play an important role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple specialties. In this role, you will:

* Provide direct clinical support and patient education in collaboration with providers and care teams

* Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures

* Support clinic flow, care coordination, and accurate documentation

* Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection

* Utilize laboratory skills as needed to support clinic operations

* Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care and safety

This position provides the opportunity to support multiple specialty clinics within the Wood River Valley, including:

Internal Medicine - 4 days per week (Tuesday off)

* Support a fast-paced Internal Medicine clinic in Sun Valley/Ketchum

* Assist with rooming patients, obtaining vitals, supporting clinic flow, and coordinating patient care

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA):

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

* Current national CMA certification required

(AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent)

* Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

OR

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

* Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

* Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license (or compact eligibility)

* Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications (Both Roles):

* Previous ambulatory or clinic experience

* Laboratory experience preferred, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows

* Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
