Happy To Help Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team serving Lava Hot Springs, McCammon, Bancroft, Inkom, Downey, and surrounding Southeast Idaho communities

As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one,
non-medical in-home care that helps seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a lasting difference in someone's life.

If you're caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to have you on our team.

Every client's care plan is unique, but responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and snacks based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe home
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and walking assistance
• Providing transportation for appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and approved outings
• Offering respite care to support family caregivers
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Reporting changes in a client's condition or needs to the office promptly
• Promoting each client's dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate, respectful care

We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or customer service experience
• CNA certification is welcomed but not required

No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals with the right attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn.
