Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Pinehurst, NC. You'll be a vital team member responsible for ensuring that patients receive outstanding experiences in our office. Responsibilities include assisting with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and patient communications.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in a medical or dental office. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree and familiarity with insurance verification. Exceptional customer service is a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
