Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our clinical team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in implementing evidence-based ABA programs designed to help children develop communication, social, and adaptive skills. You will work closely under BCBA supervision while building strong relationships with both clients and families.

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs across home, school, and/or center-based settings
• Collect detailed, accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours
• Maintain high fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and communicate effectively with families regarding progress and observations
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including 7-day and 30-day check-ins

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with families and team members
• A patient, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to working with children
