We are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services—and we’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and want to grow within a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect detailed, accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours
  • Maintain high fidelity to Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and clinical protocols
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and communicate effectively with families regarding progress and observations
  • Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including 7-day and 30-day check-ins
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation preferred

  • A patient, adaptable, and thoughtful approach to working with children
  • Genuine commitment to the field of ABA and the autism community
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with market standards
  • Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
  • Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • Clear pathway toward RBT certification and BCBA supervision track
  • Streamlined systems (Rethink platform) for efficient session tracking and documentation
  • A collaborative, responsive, and clinician-driven team environment
Our Ideal Candidate:

You are dependable, professional, and take pride in the quality of your work. You bring both structure and creativity into your sessions, and you approach each client with patience, respect, and intention. You value feedback, strive for growth, and are committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families you support.
