Calvary Hospital, located in the Bronx, is seeking a Hospice Social Worker to provide medical social services and bereavement counseling to hospice patients and their families. Candidates should have an MSW from an accredited school with one year of related experience, and preferably one year of Hospice or Home Care experience. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to commute between multiple territories.
Pay rates are between $95.00 - $125 per visit with weekday and weekend shifts.
