Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional Description
R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Orofino and surrounding areas in Idaho. You will provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements- Independently licensed in the State of Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training
