HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (
BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC
! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Natural Environment Teaching (NET)strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

- Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)

- Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by6:00 PM

Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
- Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
