Evolve Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Clarion, PA. This role requires planning, organizing, developing, and directing OT services to ensure the highest quality resident care. Full-time or PRN positions are available.
The OT will screen residents, develop and evaluate treatment plans, coordinate schedules with the team, document care, and guide COTA staff while ensuring compliant reimbursement practices.
