Missions

The mission leader is placed under the hierarchical authority of the head of the autonomy department and their deputy. They work closely with the department's staff and contribute to the implementation of the agency's orientations through the piloting of themes and the follow-up of a portfolio of medico-social establishments and services (ESMS). 1/ Piloting themes The mission leader is a reference for several priority themes relevant to the field of disability.

In this capacity, they ensure the project-based piloting, coordinate their deployment, conduct the associated follow-up and evaluation work, contribute to the updating and sharing of knowledge within the disability cell, and produce the necessary reporting elements for the activity's piloting. They also contribute to the animation of the network of Parisian disability actors on these themes. The themes entrusted to the mission leaders are within the following areas:

- Inclusion of people with disabilities and their families (e.g., schooling, professional integration, actions in favor of family caregivers, etc.) - Devices promoting the improvement and coordination of pathways (e.g., monitoring of devices aimed at promoting pathways, devices for early detection and diagnosis or access to care) - The piloting and evolution of the medico-social offer (e.g., programming of the offer, contractualization, monitoring of evaluations, the deployment of Serafin PH, etc.)

2/ Follow-up of a portfolio of medico-social establishments and services (ESMS) The mission leader contributes to the operational implementation of the agency's strategic priorities with a portfolio of ESMS supporting people with disabilities. In this capacity, they provide support and follow-up to the structures within their portfolio. Their responsibilities include:

- The development and adaptation of the medico-social offer
- The accompaniment of the transformation of the medico-social offer, particularly through the structuring of platforms by pathways, in the fields of childhood and adult disability
- The follow-up of the quality of the accompaniments delivered by the ESMS, through the pilotage and control tools mobilized by the agency: conformity visits, contractualization, activity and quality surveys, contribution to inspections, follow-up of evaluations, and treatment of EIG and complaints. In this area, they are supported by 2 managers and the doctor.

- The link with the budgetary and financial coordinator. The agent may be called upon to provide support to other missions of the autonomy department or the delegation.
