Position: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: Bonners Ferry

Eden Health -  - Responsibilities:
Develop and implement treatment plans ordered by the physician as indicated by the plan of care.;
Review caseload with supervising physical therapist on a regular basis as established by best practice and/or State guidelines.;
Educate patients, families/caregivers, and other staff in appropriate physical therapy modalities.;
Deliver physical therapy modalities appropriate to the patient’s clinical status and needs; in accordance with the standard of care for patient’s age.;
Complete accurate and thorough visit notes via Electronic Health Record on every patient in a timely fashion.
