Are you an experienced healthcare business office professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Silverton Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an AR Resource to support our revenue cycle operations and help ensure the financial health of our facility while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

• Manage accounts receivable processes for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
• Follow up on Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial insurance claims
• Research and resolve billing issues, denials, and unpaid accounts
• Work with residents, families, and responsible parties regarding account balances and payment arrangements
• Maintain accurate billing, collection, and financial records
• Collaborate with facility leadership and corporate teams to improve reimbursement and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with all applicable billing and documentation requirements

• Experience in healthcare billing, accounts receivable, business office, or revenue cycle management
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BA degree in Accounting or Business is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license required

• Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred.
• Three years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or similar area of responsibility.
• Three years office or administration experience preferred.
