The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to oversee the preparation and presentation of desserts and pastries across various dining outlets. This role is essential in maintaining the high culinary standards synonymous with Viceroy luxury hospitality.
As part of the opening culinary team, the Pastry Chef will also assist in establishing production procedures and operations. Candidates should possess a strong background in pastry production and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
