Das Aktiv Hotel Aschau (200 beds and about 50 rooms) is nestled in the beautiful pre-Alpine landscape. The Kampenwand, the magnificent Chiemsee, and the mountains of the Kaiserwinkl are just a short distance away.

• Operative management – responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel business
• Care and consultation of guests as well as creation of program and activity plans
• Marketing measures
• Personnel responsibility
• Budget responsibility, cost control, revenue planning, and reporting

• You have ideally completed a study/training in the field of hotel management/tourism or have already gained initial professional experience in the industry.
• You are flexible, quality-conscious, and a service-oriented host with passion and, in addition, resilient and ready to get involved anywhere.
• You possess organizational skills.
• You have tolerance and openness in dealing with different groups of guests, especially school classes and youth groups.
