OpportunityAs a Senior Talent Advisor on the Talent Attraction team, you will be a recruiting rockstar responsible for sourcing top talent across Operations, G&A, Sales, and Commercial teams. You will partner strategically with leadership, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Own full‑cycle recruiting for 10–15 requisitions, managing your desk independently and making strategic hiring decisions.
- Guide hiring teams and candidates through a seamless hiring experience, from first conversation to final offer.
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, anticipate talent requirements, and design hiring strategies that support growth.
- Create a candidate experience that reflects PROCEPT’s bold, people‑first culture and attract individuals who align with our mission.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market shifts, and new technologies to continuously improve recruiting practices.
- Collaborate closely with managers and work from the office at least three days a week to maintain strong relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- At least 3 years recruiting for Operations, G&A, sales, and commercial roles in a biotechnology or medical device environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday), sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and Linked In.
- Experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in behavioral and cultural interviews.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and scale recruitment workflows.
- Approachable, action-oriented, with a high level of follow-through.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure (preferred).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and embrace continuous improvement.
- Positive, transparent, and team-oriented work approach.
