Position Overview

The HR Administrator will work alongside our Compliance Manager and assist provide efficient and confidential administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure that our HR processes are well organised, compliant and delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records, absence management, and general HR queries.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, approachable and discreet, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, onboarding, probation, annual reviews and leavers.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, HR correspondence and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain holiday, absence, training and certification records, ensuring key dates and renewals are monitored.
  • Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures and compliance with UK employment legislation.
  • Produce HR reports and management information as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive workplace culture.
Skills & Experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Approachable, professional and comfortable communicating with employees at all levels.
  • Able to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • A strong administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and using HR systems and databases.

    Practical, flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirements.
Employment Terms
  • M-F Office Based 9am-6pm
  • 22 days holiday
