Skills Needed: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
● A minimum of 2 years' experience as lead installer for residential retro-fit with horizontal attic located and vertical closet located split systems (heat pumps and gas), rooftop package units (heat pump and gas), ductless mini splits (single zone and multi-zone), duct work, high and low voltage wiring, refrigerant charging, air flow adjustments and communicating controls
● Full system start-up procedures and basic diagnostic ability
● EPA Certification
● Ability to produce high quality work independently and unsupervised
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Well groomed and clean/neat appearance
● A high school diploma or GED
Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
● Must be able to use body members to work, move, and lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include duct work, furnaces or materials.
