Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Microsoft 365 Developer with strong expertise in Power Platform,UiPath robotic process automation (RPA), and Power BI. This role involves designing, building, and deploying integrated workflow and automation solutions that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Workflow Automation
- Develop automated workflows using
Power Automate, custom applications with Power Apps, and collaborative solutions with
SharePoint Online. - Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as Teams,Outlook,Excel, andOneDriveinto streamlined digital processes.
- Gather requirements, design user-centric solutions, and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- UiPath RPA Development
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using
UiPathto replace or augment manual, repetitive tasks. - Create reliable, secure, and scalable bots that integrate with enterprise systems, Microsoft 365 services, and structured data inputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define scope, and implement solutions with measurable impact.
- Power BI Reporting & Integration
- Build and publish interactive
Power BI dashboard sand reports to provide real-time visibility into operational metrics and automated processes. - Connect Power BI with data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and SQL to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with users to translate data insights into actionable improvements across workflows and automations.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business analysts, department leads, and IT to deliver effective solutions aligned with business goals.
- Provide clear documentation, user training, and post-deployment support for automation and reporting tools.
- Stay informed on new features and best practices across Microsoft 365, UiPath, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform(Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online).
- 3+ years of experience inUiPath RPA development.
- 3+ years of experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft Graph integrations.
- Familiarity with data governance and security models in Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
- UiPath Developer Certification (Associate or Advanced).
- Microsoft
Certifications:
Power Platform (PL-100/PL-400), Data Analyst (PL-300). - Experience working in Agile teams and Dev Ops pipelines for automation.
- Strong scripting skills (Power Shell, JavaScript) are a plus.
- Exposure to automating processes in HR, Finance, Operations, or Customer Support domains
