Job Overview
The Data Quality Analyst (DQA) maintains various data sets from internal sources, including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and investment monitoring platforms. The DQA audits, cleanses, and standardizes data to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate customer data and business performance reports and dashboards. The DQA develops new and existing reports and dashboards to track data quality, builds data pipelines to migrate external data into One Digital’s systems, and works with external teams to cleanse and migrate new data into Salesforce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Design and develop data testing and audit strategies.
- Gather and synthesize information from disparate systems to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Develop controls to effectively manage data quality and integrity.
- Analyze and resolve data quality problems.
- Propose error‑correction procedures, using automation wherever possible.
- Ensure company‑wide data uniformity with master data management.
- Recommend system modifications and enhancements to the business application team to achieve data standardization.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver quality data and reports.
- Conduct senior‑executive‑requested ad‑hoc analyses.
- Support development of reports and dashboards as needed.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Initiative and ability to follow through on projects.
- Effective collaboration with inter‑departmental teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependability and reliability under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and expert skills in MS Excel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Power
BI (desirable). - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years of related work experience.
The base pay is dependent on skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location. Eligible roles may receive variable compensation, commission, and/or an annual bonus based on performance.
