Tasks
* Develop and deploy AI/GenAI Solutions, including fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and model optimization
* Implement agent-based workflows and automation using LLMs
* Contribute to data ingestion, preprocessing, and evalutaion pipelines
* Collaborate with archtects on system design and soltion compenents
* Participate in client workshops, demos, and technical discussions

Qualifications
* At least 1 year of professional experience in AI engineering
* Minimum Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent)
* Strong ability to design AI & data architectures integrated into enterprise landscapes; hands-on LLM fine-tuning/adaptation/training and production delivery
* Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming, debugging, and performance basics
* Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines (rerivers, chunking, hybrid search)
* Excellent French & English communication/presentation skills; experience leading technical teams, contributing to governance, and solid project-management capabilities
