Job Summary
Expected Semimonthly Salary: $5,216.47.
Workday Manager – responsible for ownership, governance, and strategic oversight of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management (FDM) platforms across the organization. The role leads a cross‑functional team, ensures stable operations, data integrity, security, and optimal business processes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- System Oversight (20%) – manage platform configuration, governance, and architecture.
- Staff Management (20%) – lead the Workday Specialists team and coordinate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Configuration & Business Process Improvement (20%) – enhance and optimize workflows across HCM and FDM.
- Integration, Reporting & Data Management (20%) – oversee integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics.
- Project Leadership and Stakeholder Communication (20%) – drive system enhancements and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum 6 years of enterprise‑level Workday experience, including platform administration and cross‑functional oversight.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Advanced expertise in Workday Financials and integration knowledge across the Workday ecosystem.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and complex data structures.
- Experience in consulting or internal Workday support environments.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Expertise in Workday configuration, security frameworks, integrations, and business process governance.
- Knowledge of Workday HR & Financials architecture, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Oversight of integrations, including EIB, system interface governance, and 3rd‑party provider collaboration.
- Ability to evaluate enterprise‑level business and technical requirements.
- Workday Financials Core Certification.
- Additional module certifications (e.g., Procurement, Expenses, Grants) as desired.
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and accuracy.
- Collaborative teamwork, problem‑solving, and critical thinking.
- Reliability, prioritization, and multi‑tasking ability.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and independent initiative.
- Compliance with HIPAA/PHI and technological security policies.
- Hybrid schedule – required presence 3 days per week in Chatsworth, CA.
- Occasional business travel and flexibility for non‑traditional hours may be requested.
