Role OverviewLegal Operations Analyst – reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. In this pivotal role you will shape and enhance the legal department’s workflows, introduce new technology solutions, and support day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate, select, implement, and administer legal systems, policies, playbooks, and procedures in coordination with legal, other departments, and vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and track department key performance metrics; communicate performance insights.
- Provide ongoing training and support on legal processes and technologies to the Legal Department and cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee administrative tasks: file repository management, event coordination, and data analytics.
- Maintain and administer the company’s contracts lifecycle management software and related tools.
- Act as a notary public for the Legal Department and fulfill related requests from other departments.
- Perform additional functions as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in legal operations in an in‑house, law firm, or consulting setting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with contract management software (Ironclad preferred, other platforms acceptable).
- Strong aptitude for learning and utilizing software and web‑based platforms.
- Experience assessing, evaluating, and implementing technology solutions.
- Interest and experience using AI tools to support legal tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, judgment, and written and verbal communication.
- High personal standards of excellence, ethics, and discretion with confidential matters.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Self‑starter able to thrive in a high‑paced environment with exceptional organizational skills.
- Certification or ability to obtain certification as a notary public.
Pay Range: $99,760 to $117,370 per year.
