What You’ll Do- Manage and support Microsoft 365 products, including SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Exchange, and related productivity tools.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technology improvements.
- Support SharePoint sites, intranet content, permissions, governance, migrations, and related content structures.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and coordinate resolution for complex service issues and escalations.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 changes and assess impact on users, support processes, and business workflows.
- Coordinate updates and initiatives while maintaining strong organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Associate’s degree in STEM or equivalent technical training, certifications, or experience.
- Experience in an Application Analyst, Technology Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar enterprise technology role.
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience, preferably with SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Exchange, administration, governance, or service support.
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and turning them into clear technical or process improvements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing support, project, and stakeholder requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting across multiple systems or teams.
- Ability to work independently with limited coaching while contributing to shared team ownership and knowledge transfer.
