Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair technical devices like computers, televisions, and smart home devices.
• Provide clear and concise instructions and support to customers, ensuring their tech needs are met.
• Educate customers on the use and maintenance of their devices.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
