IGO is seeking an Asset and Logistics Officer to join our small team in Midvale. In this hands‑on role, you will play a key part in supporting our remote field teams by ensuring critical equipment, supplies and assets are available when and where they are needed. Responsibilities include warehouse operations, inventory management, freight coordination, asset movements, and equipment maintenance which all helps to keep our exploration activities safe, efficient and well supported.

This role is the operational backbone of our Exploration logistics chain, ensuring gear and equipment get where they need to be, safely and on time, ensuring our field teams can focus on discovery.

• Prepare and pack exploration gear to be deployed to remote exploration camps, book freight and load trucks.
• Conduct audits on equipment and gear returning from the field.
• Support general warehouse operations, inventory control, stocktakes and asset management.
• Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices and keep the system updated.
• Report incidents and contribute to safety initiatives, inspections and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support business objectives.

You will be someone who enjoys working independently to get the job done and is also comfortable with changing priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone who can bring most of the following skills;

• Experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Stores positions supporting field-based exploration programs;
• Action oriented and can get the job done with minimal supervision;
• MR / HR Driver's Licence (preferred) and competent in towing trailers and caravans;
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) with the ability to learn new software;
• Excellent attention to detail and great communication skills;
• Able to work autonomously and with good problem‑solving skills;
• Comfortable with changing priorities, ambiguity and time pressure;
• High Risk work licence (LF) Forklift;
• A recent National Police Clearance (within 2 months).
