• Operates dishwasher and/or hand washes dishes, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans.
• Organizes and distributes cleaned and dried items.
• Cleans and sanitizes patient trays.
• Performs various cleaning duties to include cleaning floors, trash pick-up, hood fans, air vents, and other equipment as assigned.
• Performs cleaning and maintenance of dishwashing machine using appropriate chemicals per policy and procedures.
• Complies with proper utilization of personal protective equipment, chemicals, and MSDS information.
• Adheres to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements in order to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
