Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in St Charles,  role oversees the maintenance and repair of all rental properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and prepared for guest arrivals. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and performing routine inspections, coordinating preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and managing repairs for building systems, equipment, and fixtures. The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance staff or contractors, track work orders, maintain inventory of tools and supplies, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

This role also collaborates closely with operations and guest services teams to support efficient turnovers and high-quality guest experiences.

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance Management and Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple projects.
• Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills for building systems, appliances, and property infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan, schedule, and implement routine inspections and upkeep.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in residential or vacation rental property maintenance is preferred, including familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and basic carpentry.
• Ability to work on-site in St Charles, , with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak season demands as needed.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; ability to safely use standard maintenance tools and equipment.
