Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager at Service Center Monroe - Sun Valley. The role encompasses overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, administration, recruiting, recognition and retention of talent, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

• Overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates.
• Monitoring current financial performance metrics and reviewing previous month’s financial data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensuring center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably following SOPs and industry standards.

• 3+ years of Collision Management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Advanced understanding of collision estimating.
• Prior experience with CCCI and advanced knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong prioritization and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Personable and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Capable of consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
