We re on the lookout for a sharp, skilled
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
who’s ready to keep our production humming and equipment running like clockwork. If you re a hands-on problem solver with a knack for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—and you want a schedule that respects your time—we want to hear from you.
- $33+/hour
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
| 12-hour shifts | 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am - Every other weekend off – guaranteed
- $2.00/hr Shift differentials for nights

- Keep our high-performance food plant running smoothly with preventive and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (single and 3-phase), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and fabrication tools and systems
- Work side-by-side with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize output
- Perform predictive maintenance and inspections using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Help build and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
- 2+ years of food plant maintenance experience required
- Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Able to read schematics and electrical prints
- Proven experience with hand/power tools, test instruments, and fabrication equipment
- Can operate boilers, refrigeration, and wastewater systems (or willing to learn)
- Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented—GMPs and cleanliness matter here!
$33 hourly
