Job Overview

Responsibilities- Finishing, sanding, and de‑flashing of components.
- Machine/press operation, including mold presses or bonders.
- Quality control and use of hand or power tools.
- Stand for 8 hours or more during a shift.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- GED or high‑school equivalent.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Open to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Starting rate $19.00 per hour.
- + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift; + $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift.
- + $0.75 increase after completion of 65‑day probationary period.
- Progressive salary increases every 12 months to top rate.
