To support our growth, we are looking for a Quality Controller (H/F).

Under the responsibility of the Quality Control Manager and as part of a team of six, you will ensure the conformity control of parts using various measuring instruments and according to client requirements for both internal and external fabrications.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze technical documents: manufacturing orders (MO), plans, dimensions, tolerances, client requirements, and specifications.
• Control internal and subcontracted fabrications respecting internal quality procedures: dimensional control (calipers, measuring columns), visual control (magnifying glass, binocular microscope, profile projector).
• Identify and report non-conformities.
• Compile delivery dossiers.

You will work with various thin-walled materials (stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, titanium, etc…).

As a key player in the company, you will progressively develop technical expertise in the aeronautics field through internal training and development.

With a mechanical/production engineering background, you have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the control of metal parts.

You are proficient in reading and interpreting plans and using measuring instruments.

Knowledge of ressuaging would be an added advantage.

You are meticulous, methodical, and have good interpersonal skills.

• Remuneration: € gross per month, depending on profile and experience
